A recap of last month’s status can be found here.

Well… It’s January 2019 and you all are all caught up since these last few months have flown by due to my cycles being nearly 50 days apart.

Honestly speaking, I still don’t know what caused my cycles to just act up all of a sudden. I mean, it was the weirdest thing!

Just normal one month and the next month total and complete chaos… without anything unusual happening.

Very strange!

Especially since I am used to very regular once, sometimes twice a month cycles. I know that our bodies change as we get older, but that’s a lot of change and with no warning.

How do I feel emotionally and physically?:

Good question.

I am waiting for my Day 1 of my cycle. I will inform Nurse M and schedule my Day 3 testing, the bloodwork and ultrasound appt, so that I can see what’s going on in there and make sure everything is okay.

If I don’t get my cycle when it’s supposed to arrive, which is in about 11 days or so, I will call Nurse M to inform her that this is the 3rd time my cycle has been delayed and ask what I should do next.

I have been under some stressful times in the last couple of months, which can cause problems of its own. I am currently working to relieve the stress and tension as best I can.

For the future:

I am still hopeful that I will be able to conceive b/c I believe that the “3rd time’s the charm.”

This is cycle 6 for me and I’m awaiting cycle 7 to start, which is a lucky number!

Since starting this process back in July 2018, I have been inseminated twice. Neither time worked. My current donor, #13655, is still on ice at the RE’s office.

So, if by some off chance, this 3rd time doesn’t take… I will really have to re-evaluate my options. I mean, this process isn’t cheap by any means and I may have to consider IVF, I don’t know.

We’ll see what happens.

Stay tuned! 😉
